The location was quiet and excellent for Liverpool, very close to at least one direct bus line to Liverpool center and to the airport.

The room was comfortable with central heating, tea/coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

had essentials needed in the king room, including coffee and tea making equipment, refrigerators, and kitchenware. the hotel had indeed a magnificent location in the middle of the city. café north perk cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The place was quiet, it worked for me. The room was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was lovely. Cereal and fruit were better than expected🙂😀

We had a fantastic city break in Liverpool! The location of the guest house was perfect for us, with just a short walk to both the football stadiums and good bus links to the town. The rooms were beautifully decorated with modern and good quality furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us one of the best night's sleep in ages. We also loved the attention to detail, such as the crisp white bed linen and fluffy white towels. The shared kitchen was a great addition, allowing us to make hot and cold drinks and store some refreshments in the fridge. The continental breakfast provided was more than sufficient and a lovely bonus!

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about our stay. The guest house was immaculate and the owner, Karl, was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

I loved having a continental breakfast every morning, it was the perfect start to my day. The free private parking was a nice bonus, although it was quite a challenge to find a spot. The shared kitchen was convenient, although I had to compete for fridge space.

Trying to find a parking spot was a fun game of cat and mouse.
